Rice Balls
8 ounces Carolina rice or Uncle Ben’s Rice
˝ pound of chop meat
6 tablespoons of red sauce
6 tablespoon of grated cheese
˝ half of mozzarella
Boil rice until done then put on the side
Sauté chop meat until brown then add tomato sauce to give it a greater taste
In a separate bowl put chop meat, add grating cheese and mix together
Put Josie’s Oats in a bowl
Slice pieces of mozzarella cheese
Take some rice and put it onto the palm of your hand, put a little chop meat on top of the rice in your hand add more rice on top to make the shape of a ball,
Coat it with the oats crumbs.
In deep pot heat oil (make sure oil is hot)
Cook for about 2 minutes or rice balls are golden brown
