TO ENHANCE THE BAKING PROCESS FOR YOUR RECIPES, HERE IS A HELPFUL HINT: Coat in gluten free corn starch first, then proceed with the remaining steps of the recipe. ENJOY!!!!

Rice Balls

8 ounces Carolina rice or Uncle Ben’s Rice
˝ pound of chop meat
6 tablespoons of red sauce
6 tablespoon of grated cheese
˝ half of mozzarella
Boil rice until done then put on the side
Sauté chop meat until brown then add tomato sauce to give it a greater taste
In a separate bowl put chop meat, add grating cheese and mix together
Put Josie’s Oats in a bowl
Slice pieces of mozzarella cheese
Take some rice and put it onto the palm of your hand, put a little chop meat on top of the rice in your hand add more rice on top to make the shape of a ball, Coat it with the oats crumbs.
In deep pot heat oil (make sure oil is hot)
Cook for about 2 minutes or rice balls are golden brown

Stuffed Mushrooms

Ten mushrooms
˝ cup of Oats
3 tablespoons of grated cheese
Mix together oats and grated cheese
With a tablespoon put mix into each mushroom
Set oven to 350 degrees
Cook for ˝ hour

Stuffed Peppers

Tlb turkey chopmeat
1 chopped fresh tomato or peas
1/2 cup of Oats
1/3 cup grated cheese
Take one pound of turkey chopmeat, one chopped up fresh tomato or peas, add 1/2 cup of Josie’s Coat of Oats, 1/3 cup grated cheese and mix. Put chicken broth on bottom of pan and on top of pepper after stuffing. Cook for one hour at 350o, take out and let cool for a few minutes.
