This Grilled Mahi Mahi recipe includes a soy-sesame sauce with a touch of sweetness and a touch of spiciness from Korean red pepper. That will give it amazing flavor with a nice spicy kick! (If you don&#8217;t have that another type of spicy red pepper powder will work.)<\/p>\n<h2>How to keep grilled fish from sticking to the grill:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fish can be tricky to cook on the grill, but I love a non-stick spray called <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2KAZEOR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pam for Grilling<\/a>, (affiliate link) which really helps prevent food from sticking.
