And I replaced the bread crumbs with Almond Meal to make these into Keto stuffed mushrooms! To make the stuffed mushrooms easier, we skipped the food processor and chopped ingredients by hand, then mashed them with an old-fashioned potato masher!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mushrooms do release some water when they cook and almond meal won&#8217;t absorb that like breadcrumbs do. But the second time we just used a can of regular black olives, so take your pick on the olives!<\/p>\n<h2>Do you have to bake Keto Stuffed Mushrooms in a cast-iron pan?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We cooked the mushrooms in a large cast-iron pan so we could serve them in the pan.
