But I know many people love frozen cauliflower. If you&#8217;re a fan of that I&#8217;m guessing you can probably get a pretty good result using thawed and well drained frozen cauliflower that&#8217;s slightly pre-cooked.<\/p>\n<h2>Can you use different cheese for this Cauliflower recipe?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I love the sharp cheddar in this cauliflower gratin recipe, but use any good melting cheese that you enjoy.
