(This will be about 30 minutes, but cooking times can vary quite a bit depending on how fresh the lentils are.)<\/li>\n<li>Drain the lentils well while you chop up the green olives. I used a jar of <a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theperfectpantry.com\/2006\/07\/green_olives_wi.html?cid=20160462\">green olives with pimento<\/a>, and after I drained them I used the bowl attachment of my <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1HpTGIH\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">immersion blender<\/a> (affiliate link) to get coarsely chopped olives and pimento pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Slice the green onions and chop the green olives red pepper, and herbs.<\/li>\n<li>Combine one tablespoon each of lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to make the marinade.<\/li>\n<li>As soon as the lentils are drained well, marinate the warm lentils in this mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk together the rest of the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2zcnjhp\">Szeged Sweet Paprika<\/a> (affiliate link), and <a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"https:\/\/kalynskitchen.com\/spice-up-your-low-carb-diet-glories-of\/\">Spike Seasoning<\/a>;
