In fact, there&#8217;s no other seasonal food I love more than ripe summer tomatoes, and when good tomatoes are available, I have to enjoy them even if they aren&#8217;t that low in carbs! And for years I&#8217;ve been coming up with new tomato salad recipes almost every summer, so that&#8217;s why this post now has so many tomato salads I make over and over when it&#8217;s fresh tomato season!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And if you&#8217;re lucky enough to have a garden where you&#8217;re growing fresh tomatoes, you&#8217;ll definitely want to try lots of these recipes with your garden tomatoes! Through the years I kept making more tomato salads every summer and also updated lots of the earlier photos. The post was last updated in 2025, and these are my current favorite salads for using garden tomatoes!<\/p>\n<h2>Are the Summer Tomato Salads low in carbs?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tomatoes do have some carbs, but there are definitely quite a few tomato salads here that are low enough in carbs that I tagged this round-up as low-carb.
