Some people like a lot of mayo (like me), but others may prefer less. Of course you are free to use as much as you prefer.

Such an interesting flavor profile that I had not tried in chicken salad. I used Greek yogurt instead of mayo and only had milk on hand. I figured the tartness of the yogurt would make up for the buttermilk. I enjoyed it very much!
