I am so glad you have made the most of your stay. I can't wait to try the manti recipe as this is one of my favorites! Another one I love is an eggplant dish named "The Imam (religious leader) Faints," And of course the tomato, cucumber and olive oil salad ….. And the tea ….. And the baklava (3 kinds in one restaurant we went to) ……. and the coffee – so civilized to serve it with water on the side.
