Leemarie Behlen (For some reason I don’t see a way to reply right under your comment. I hope this works.) Glad you liked the recipe. The Instant Pot has a line where you can fill to; you will have to estimate if it will still be under that line if you double the ingredients. I don’t have any experience with doubling a recipe in the IP so I am hesitant to say for sure if it will work.

Made it as instructed.m, except I used coconut aminos as I am allergic to soy. Good stuff! Do you think I could double this recipe for family dinner?

I’ve never cooked steak in the Instant Pot, although it does work well for beef in general. I’m guessing the cooking time for flank steak would be longer than chicken, and since I’ve never made anything similar I am hesitant to give advice, sorry!
