Lovely post, Kalyn. So many great recipes to make all the dads happy. :-) Think I'll make the easy grilled mushrooms for my son's dad (dear hubby) when he returns from his scuba diving trip. I took barbecue to my dad yesterday and I think there will still be some left tomorrow when I visit them, so instead I'll make a treat of some type for him. He has a bit of a sweet tooth. ;-)
