Just want to say, I think your blog is amazing. I have found tons of great recipes for ingredients I love from squash to quinoa to incorporating more dark greens. I’m am just in amazement that I found your blog. Your recipes will definitely improve my diet, help me save money, and reduce my cholesterol. I just retired last year so will have lots of time to try these dishes! I am also a vegetarian except some fish now & then, but I figure I can just leave the meat & poultry out of the recipes. So glad you have this blog. You have inspired me with these dishes! You are truly a wizard! Congrats on the move too! I enjoyed reading about it, even as I only found your blog the other day. I bought that rug at R.C. Willey in Salt Lake, but it was about 10 years ago so I have no idea if they might still have it. Maybe try looking online to check?
