I love the savory flavors in Spike Seasoning; there is a link in this post to Amazon.com where you can see the ingredients. I have used this for more than 30 years, but if you don’t want to buy it just use another all-purpose seasoning blend.

i just started south beach yesterday. my doc told me pre diabetes and that this diet would reverse it. i hate eggs… so i know i am in trouble already any suggestions beside yogurt..which i love.
i am so glad to have found this site .
