These are so yummy I could live on them! I always add a good splash of tabasco too. Love that air fryers basically roast vegetables really fast and actually brown the vegies in 10 minutes or less. I also use it for my beloved cauliflower and asparagus. And broccoli. Oh, and zuchinni. And turnips for the closest thing to a french fry I’ve come in years, even though I have to be careful not to eat to many of them since they’re a bit more carby… And even cubed tofu. Gotta love an air fryper. Happy New Year!

I make this is my air fryer all the time! I use coconut aminos, sesame oil, garlic salt, chopped bacon! if I have them, I will add sliced mushrooms.
it’s sooooo good!!! I use that same “sauce” with Brussels sprouts and asparagus, too!
