My sister shared this recipe with me for those sultry summer nights when I don’t feel like firing up the stove. It is absolutely delicious!! Easy prep, too. I was actually able to score some Beau Monde on line. Now that I have it on hand, I’ve made this salad a couple of times already. My husband and I both love it.

Oh dear, it looks like a whole line got skipped in the recipe. I will fix right now. It’s only 1/4 tsp. Beau Monde Seasoning (which tastes quite a bit like Bon Appetit if you remember that.) I’d try the salad and see if you want a little salt; the Feta is salty.

I’ve never used it before and am eager to try it. I love celery seed, and I don’t see it used much in recipes these days. I gather I should omit the salt if using Beau Monde.
