There is a link in the post you could have used to see the product I am recommending.

“Classic Monkfruit” is the granulated monkfruit form of Lakanto Monkfruit, which is my preferred brand. There are granulated monkfruits that have allulose if that works for you.

I think any type or brand of GRANULATED sweetener will work for this recipe. Other sweeteners that aren’t granulated won’t have enough bulk.

I have powdered monkfruit. Can’t use erythritol. Also have stevia.

Yes, that would reduce the carbs. I don’t know how it would impact the flavor or texture of the brownies because I haven’t made them that way.

These do look delicious but 7.5g of net carbs in a single brownie doesn’t seem keto to me but it depends on each person.

I wonder if whipping cream instead of milk and 85% dark chocolate instead of the chocolate chips would help.

I’m not a baker so sorry if I’m wrong about this.

Sorry to hear that. I have heard from many people who have enjoyed the recipe. Are you new to Monkfruit Sweetener? And did you use the brand of Monkfruit that I used?

I do know that different sweeteners taste different to different people but I am puzzled that in a recipe where the sweetener is such a small amount of the volume that it would taste too sweet to you.

I can’t figure out where you see that, the recipe says this: 2 eggs.
