I haven’t ever cooked with allulose, so I can’t really answer that. But if it measures 1:1 like sugar, I think it will probably work. I’d love to hear how it turns out if you try it!

In case you don’t know, you would have scrolled past it to write this comment. Look for a tall rectangle right under the actual recipe. And thanks for asking because when I looked this up for you, I realized it had not been calculated correctly.

This recipe has 7.8 carbs carbs and 1.5 grams of fiber for 6.3 net carbs per serving.

I’ve never made cheesecake with Greek yogurt and it’s definitely thinner than cream cheese so I don’t really feel like I can give advice on how that will work, sorry.

Classic Monkfruit is the basic white granulated Monkfruit as opposed to the Golden Monkfruit that tastes like brown sugar. I prefer Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener that says “classic” on the package. You can search “Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener” to see a post where I talk about this more.
