I haven’t done that or heard of anyone doing it.

I’ve never tried grinding them and there’s quite a few hemp seeds, so I can’t say for sure how it would work. Another thing that *might* work (but again I can’t say for sure) is just switching out the hemp seeds for more almond flour, although they do add a lot of flavor.

Do you think the hemp seeds could be ground first?

Rinsing is the prevent the batter mixture from becoming too wet. I haven’t made this recipe without rinsing the cottage cheese and I do recommend doing it.

I haven’t made this recipe without rinsing the cottage cheese. I do wonder if that would make the finished bread too wet, but I can’t really say how it will work.

I am afraid I don’t know how to do that type of conversion, but I searched and found this converter that will do it for you, just enter the ingredient:

(My comments are set up so you can’t post links to prevent comment spam; just copy the link into your browser. I hope that helps.

Could you please just give some metric or imperial measurements so I can give it a go. Thanks so much.
