They are by far the best sugar free cookies that we have tasted. I even gave some to my very healthy doctor for Christmas. I am so happy that I found you and your wonderful online site. I am gluten and dairy intolerant. My husband loves eating this way too even though he doesn’t have allergies.

No idea why that is happening to you. What brand of Almond Flour are you using.

The cookies are delicious for me with good texture and they aren’t ever too soft either.

I don’t think I’ve ever used powdered sweetener in a cookie, at least I can’t remember using it. And I prefer Classic Monkfruit over the Golden Monkfruit, unless the recipe has a lot of liquid.

I’ve had great success using a monkfruit-stevia blend sweetener that’s available in Walmart (Amazon doesn’t carry it, oddly), and with monkfruit classic.
I’m typically making baked goods only for myself, though, so only have to consider whether I like it.
