I modified it heavily for the ingredients I already had; it still came out with great texture, cooked through, and delicious. It inspired me to make a jalapeño cheddar cornbread by changing the almond flour to a mix of masa (3/4) and pea protein (1/4), changing the olives to jarred jalapeños, changing the herbs to green onions and cilantro, and changing the feta to sharp cheddar. Mmm, mmm. Perfect way to use some of the hemp hearts I’ve had in my freezer for far too long! And I look forward to making it without modifications next time when I have time to go to the store!

I wish I could help, but I haven’t ever made this without the hemp seeds so I don’t really know what would be a substitute. Maybe Google could help with that.
